Shipping and Returns


All orders will be dispatched during the same or the next working day if the item is ready to ship. When an item is ordered “on demand” the process of making a garment is 3-4 weeks. We reserve the right to check availability on fabrics before we can process an order. Sometimes a product can be delivered sooner than 3 weeks, it depends on the current workload.

We cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by remote delivery locations or difficult weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct.

If you order from outside of Europe you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. Please estimate of the costs before placing your order and make sure to pay these in time not to cause any delay.

If you have any queries regarding your order or shipping, please contact and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours during our opening hours. Opening hours are weekdays 10am to 6pm CET.


If you wish to return an item sold by, you have to do this within 14 days from the date of delivery to get a full refund, on the condition that the item is not used, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with the original tag in place. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions. Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

In the case of items received incorrectly, damaged or in a faulty condition, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered for refunds. Where possible, we will offer to repair the item. secondly we will offer to replace the item with a new available one, or make a new item for you. When faulty items cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return an item from your order, e-mail us at with your order number and reference of the item you wish to return. We will be in touch to provide a return form that should be completed and included in the package with your return together with the shipping label.

When your return is received, we will review it and this may take up to 7 working days. After the quality control is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days, depending on the time of your banks processing time.

Your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
